Lauren had the honor of receiving both “Rookie of the Year” and “Top Producer” her very first year in the real estate business. It seems like yesterday, but that was over 17 years ago in 2003. Thanks to referrals, wonderful clients, and repeat business, she hasn’t stopped since. Juggling her faith, family, and work, in that order, is no easy task. But like so many other hard-working people who deal with the same issue, she can identify and cater her services to your needs, keeping those three important principles in mind.
Lauren has three beautiful little girls and sees parenthood as the greatest blessing in her life. Her husband of almost 20 years, Nolan, is also a veteran in the real estate business specializing in land and commercial properties. They live in the Lomax area of La Porte, and thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere there, as well as all of their friends and neighbors.
Any agent can tell you what you want to hear. But if you’re looking for an agent to be honest, forthright, and realistic, she would love the opportunity to prove herself to you just like she has with so many others. Trust isn’t something that can be earned reading a few paragraphs. Nor would those paragraphs be able to justify her years of real estate experience and countless fruitful relationships with clients. Alix is a native Houstonian, who grew up in the real estate business. Walking in her Father’s footsteps, she received her real estate license in 2001 and subsequently earned her Broker’s license in 2004. RISE Texas is a new venture for Alix, whose background is in commercial real estate. After participating in a leadership program, she decided to start a new company, along side her dear friend Lauren Allen, that was focused more on people and relationships both inside and outside of the company. Alix has wide ranging real estate experience and is the supporting Broker for RISE Texas. She is happily married to Miguel Ramos, and they have two children who keep them on their toes.
Her cornerstone is integrity and believes that this is the non-negotiable that defines a company and the people it impacts. The real estate business can be very challenging, however Alix and the team at RISE Texas will problem-solve side by side with their clients until the transaction is successfully completed. Alix is very involved with her community, including the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, multiple steering committees focused on redevelopment, Houston Association of Realtors, and many other non-profit organizations.

Cindy is a native Houstonian and after twenty years of teaching, she recently retired to follow her longtime dream of being a Realtor. Having the honor and privilege to pour into those little treasures was such a gift. Teaching allowed her to understand the heart and needs of so many families. She is now using that knowledge in her real estate career. She is passionate about helping families find their forever home. It is not about the deal for her, but the life experience and what is best for her client and their family.
Cindy also has an eye for design and landscaping and loves to help her clients stage their home and show them ways to declutter. Cindy sincerely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure their home buying experience is pleasant. Cindy is experienced in several different areas around southeast Harris County as well as the central Texas area.

Tim was born in Baytown, TX and grew up in the surrounding areas. His family owned a business that included home sales and remodeling which led him to own his own remodeling and construction company. Tim also has extensive experience working for the largest foundation company in Houston. As a result of working in the foundation repair and residential remodeling industries, Tim gained an appreciation for the real estate market and unique ability to problem-solve on behalf of his clients.
